How the Creator Community Works
XealBrax Creator Community is a private, moderated collaboration space for creators, builders, and small businesses who want useful feedback, responsible visibility support, and verified participation.
No bots. No fake followers. No automated engagement. No public proof walls.
1. Before You Join
The community uses Telegram for member verification and password-free login. Before applying, make sure your Telegram account has a public username set in Telegram Settings → Username. The verification bot needs this to confirm your account.
Members must be 18 years of age or older and must agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Rules before joining.
2. Join and Verify Your Account
Start from the Join page. You will be asked to join the Telegram group, open the XealBrax verification bot, and request a one-time verification code.
During signup, we ask for:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telegram verification code
- Main platform and platform username
- 18+ confirmation
- Terms, Privacy Policy, and Community Rules agreement
- Optional marketing consent
Marketing consent is optional and must not be pre-selected. Members can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
3. Browse Private Visibility Requests
After login, members can access the private participation board. This board shows active visibility requests submitted by approved members or administrators.
Each request may include a platform, relevant URL, account or profile reference, requested participation type, expiry date, and private verification requirements.
Requests are not designed to be public SEO pages. They are private member workflow pages and should remain noindexed.
4. Participate Responsibly
Participation must be authentic, appropriate, and compliant with the rules of the relevant third-party platform. Members should only interact where the content is relevant and where the action makes sense.
XealBrax does not allow fake accounts, bots, automated interaction, spam, misleading submissions, or attempts to manipulate systems.
5. Submit Private Verification
Some requests require private verification, such as a screenshot, relevant link, comment text, or username used. These submissions are reviewed by moderators and are not intended for public display.
Verification records and screenshots should be retained only as long as needed for review and abuse prevention. Approved or rejected verification screenshots should be deleted according to the platform retention rule.
6. Contribution Credits
Approved verification may award contribution credits. Credits are used internally to unlock visibility request tiers and member recognition levels.
- Total Contribution Credits: lifetime contribution score used for recognition and tier access.
- Available Credits: credits available to submit a visibility request.
- Used Credits: credits already used for submitted requests.
Credits are not cash, wages, cryptocurrency, securities, or payment balances. They are internal community participation units only.
7. Request Visibility for Your Own Content
Members with enough available credits can submit a visibility request from the member portal. The request is reviewed before it becomes visible to other members.
Visibility requests may ask for:
- Request title and short description
- Platform and relevant URL
- Account or profile reference
- Requested participation type
- Private verification type
- Optional expiry date
- Optional image
If a request is rejected by moderators, deducted credits should be refunded automatically where the system supports refunding.
8. Member Portal and Recognition
The Member Portal shows profile information, available credits, total contribution credits, recent verifications, and quick links to private community tools.
Recognition features should use privacy-first display. Public usernames, proof submissions, and personal member activity should not be exposed publicly.
9. Community Standards
The community is built for useful collaboration, not shortcuts. The following are not allowed:
- Bots, scripts, or automated activity
- Fake accounts or impersonation
- Spam, harassment, hate speech, or malicious links
- Fake, misleading, or altered verification submissions
- Attempts to bypass moderation, security, or verification systems
- Any activity that violates third-party platform rules or applicable law
10. Login
Returning members can log in using the Telegram bot and a one-time code. This keeps the account flow password-free while still requiring Telegram membership verification.
