How the Creator Network Works

1. Before You Join

To maintain platform quality and prevent automated abuse, all registrations are verified and locked to your sign-up region. Members must be 18 years of age or older and must agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Network Rules before joining.

⚠️ Strict Account Requirements: All linked social media accounts must be genuine, mature, and actively maintained. Do not register or use newly created, empty, blank, or dummy "alt" accounts. These accounts provide zero organic value, are treated as spam by social algorithms, and will result in an immediate account ban by our moderators.

Unlike traditional social networks, XealBrax operates on a reciprocity model. You must be prepared to contribute useful, authentic feedback and support to other members before requesting visibility for your own content.

2. Join and Register Your Account

Begin by visiting the Join Page to register your account. This setup is fully secured and designed to protect your privacy.

During signup, we require:

• Your Full Name
• A custom Username
• A valid Email Address
• A secure Password (minimum 10 characters)
• Your primary content platform and creator handle (starting with the @ symbol)
• Profile Niches (Select 2 or 3): Declaring the creative focus categories that match your active social profile.
• Required age, terms, and rules confirmations

🔒 Secure Email Verification Gate: If you sign up manually, you must verify your email address before accessing the network. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your inbox upon registration. You will be locked from entering the dashboard until this code is submitted. If you register via secure 1-click Google or Apple authentication, your identity is pre-verified, and you will bypass this gate automatically.

Marketing consent is completely optional and must not be pre-selected. You can unsubscribe from platform marketing updates at any time directly from your email footer.

3. Browse Available Tasks

Once logged in, members have access to the Available Tasks Board. This board lists active campaign requests submitted by approved creators, businesses, and platform administrators.

Each task contains specific, required social actions (such as likes, organic comments, reposts, or follows) and outlines the platform, target URL, and required proof format.

These boards and individual task pages are private member-only directories. They are kept secure and noindexed from public search results.

4. Support Creators Responsibly

Task actions must be genuine, organic, and compliant with the guidelines of the destination third-party platform. You should only complete tasks that match your interest areas and where your support is relevant.

⚠️ Manual Moderation Warning: Ensure you are using your primary, mature account to leave comments or likes. Newly created, empty accounts do not provide organic value, are detected as bots by social platforms, and are flagged by our moderators.

The network actively monitors for and prohibits fake accounts, bots, automated scripts, duplicate signups, or system manipulation. Quality engagement keeps our ecosystem valuable for everyone.

5. Submit Private Proof & Peer Validation

To earn credits for completed tasks, you must upload private proof—such as a screenshot, comment text, target link, or the platform username used for the interaction.

Unlike platforms with public proof walls, XealBrax routes submissions privately to the campaign owner for validation. Campaign owners are responsible for manually verifying and validating that the required engagement was completed correctly on their posts before awarding points.

To ensure fairness, the entire verification process is actively monitored by network administrators. If a campaign owner rejects your proof or requests an incorrect revision, you can file an official dispute from your dashboard to initiate administrator arbitration.

🖼️ WebP Image Optimization & Privacy: Standard accounts are locked into their selected niches for 30 days to prevent swapping categories to access restricted campaigns. To ensure structural security, all uploaded screenshot files are automatically converted to compressed WebP images upon submission. All screenshots are permanently purged from our servers within 30 days to protect your privacy and optimize storage.

6. Understanding Contribution Credits

Every approved proof submission awards contribution credits. The network tracks points across two distinct balances:

• Lifetime Contribution Credits (XP): Your cumulative contribution score. This number acts as your lifetime experience points and permanently unlocks higher campaign promotion tiers as you grow.
• Available Points Balance (Credits): Your spendable creator wallet. Submitting your own visibility requests deducts point costs from this balance.

🔥 Task Streak Bonuses: Maintain an active daily check-in habit to boost your earnings. Hitting a consecutive login streak of 5 days or more automatically unlocks a Task Streak Bonus. During an active streak, every task proof you submit and get approved rewards you with an extra +1 available credit on top of the campaign's base payout.

Credits are internal platform metrics only. They have no monetary, security, or cash value, and cannot be traded, sold, or exchanged for real-world currencies.

7. Request Visibility & Manage Your Campaign

When you have earned enough spendable points and unlocked the appropriate tier, you can launch your own promotion from the Creator Dashboard. Every campaign undergoes manual moderator review before it is published to other members.

To request visibility, you will configure:

• A clear title and overview
• Target URL and platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Niche Restrictions (Optional): Restrict your campaign to specific target categories so that engagements strictly come from contextually relevant creator accounts. This contextual alignment is highly favored by modern social algorithms.
• Specific actions requested from members
• The required private proof type
• A defined engagement limit and optional expiry date

Once your campaign is live, you are responsible for monitoring and validating incoming submissions. Using the **Campaign Management Center** directly on your visibility request page, you must review, verify, and approve or reject submissions from other members. If you reject a proof, you must provide a clear, constructive reason. If a request is rejected by administrators during initial setup, all deducted wallet credits are automatically refunded to your available points balance.

8. Creator Chat Lobby & Private Note Connections

The network includes an integrated, real-time Creator Chat Lobby located directly on your dashboard. This space allows verified network members to share strategies, coordinate collaborations, and network safely.

To maintain a professional, spam-free environment, the chat lobby is protected by strict platform rules and automated safeguards:

• Access Gating: Full messaging permissions (typing and sending messages) are granted permanently once you complete exactly 10 approved community tasks.
• Read-Only Mode ("See Network Chat"): If you are still working toward your 10-task milestone, you can open the lobby in a read-only state. This lets you monitor active discussions and spectate strategy sharing, helping you learn while motivating you to complete your milestone.
• No Public Link Sharing: Sharing external URLs or links in public chat is strictly prohibited. Attempting to post a link triggers an automated firewall block and logs a safety report.
• Private Note Connections: To share links, contact handles, or portfolios, you can request a **Private Connection** (limit: 3 requests daily). Once accepted, a secure private bridge opens for exchanging encrypted Private Notes and URLs.
• Strict Sensitive Info Ban: Exchanging phone numbers, bank accounts, credit card details, or physical home addresses is strictly banned in public and private channels to preserve security.
• Local Nicknames: Once connected, you can privately attach a local nickname to their profile for easy tracking. This nickname is strictly visible to you alone, keeping their global anonymity fully intact.

9. Help Desk Support & Ticket Resolution

The network features a fully integrated, private Help Desk Support portal located directly on your Creator Dashboard (uniquely highlighted with a bold blue border on your action bar).

If you experience technical platform issues, need account assistance, or want to appeal a contested task rejection, you can submit a support ticket.

• Manual Moderation Audits: Our support agents manually audit all tickets, analyze correspondence history, and resolve appeals.
• 24-Hour SLA turnaround: Our support response Help Desk is natively integrated here to assist you within 24-hours.
• Ticket Attachments: You can upload image attachments up to 5MB directly from your phone to support your issue.
• Data Erasure: To guarantee data protection and maintain an optimized server environment, all support attachments and historical message threads are completely purged upon ticket resolution.

10. Network Leaderboard & Security

The Leaderboard ranks the top contributors based on their lifetime points. To preserve member security and data compliance, all display names and profile records on the public leaderboard are anonymized using system aliases.

11. Creative Integrity Standards

Spam, automated bots, fake proof submissions, harassment, or multi-accounting undermine community trust. Any attempts to manipulate verification checks, bypass moderation, or violate third-party platform rules will result in immediate account suspension, point forfeitures, and permanent IP bans.
